90-minute thermal (hydrotherapy) session in the Outariz or Prexigueiro thermal baths, Japanese style and atmosphere, with a thermal contrast circuit in natural hot water pools (gushing at 62 ºC) and sauna.

 

Guided visit to the Cistercian monastery of Santa María a Real of Oseira, Europa Nostra Award 1989, with the possibility of listening to Gregorian chant. *
