A reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to two days prior to arrival date. Cancellation less than two days prior to arrival date will incur a penalty equal to the amount of the first night’s stay. In this case, for bookings with a half board stay, the penalty includes the amount of the dinners not consumed on the first night. The amount of the penalty will be charged to the card offered as a guarantee or, if applicable, deducted from the bank deposit. Reservations contracted with agencies must be cancelled with the agency with which they were contracted. The conditions may vary according to what is specified in the particular contract of each agency.
A client may be considered a no-show if he/she does not arrive before midnight – closing time for reception – on the day of arrival without having given notice of this possibility. No-shows are subject to the same penalty as late cancellations. This condition may vary for bookings made through agencies, depending on the contract clauses of each agency. Note that some agencies guarantee their bookings all night long, while others do not guarantee their bookings beyond 6pm.
In the event of early check-out, this must be communicated to reception before 12:00 noon on the day of departure. After this time, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the following night.
